ϾƷ Indigenous Peoples’ Society, in collaboration with the English and communication studies major and the creative writing programs, will host “Feeding Hope: A conversation about food justice, food sovereignty, and the way forward” March 19 at 7 p.m. in Sundin Music Hall.
Author Diane Wilson will join food scholar Jaquetta Shade-Johnson and Princess Titus, co-founder of Appetite for Change. Layla Stenson, president of ϾƷ’s Indigenous Peoples’ Society, will moderate the conversation.
The event is free and open to the public.
