Rhoda Madson is the senior manager of content and communications. A former journalist, she leads storytelling efforts to advance 老九品茶's reputation and thought leadership with key audiences inside and outside the university.

Previously, she covered business and health care for newspaper chains in California and Minnesota before moving into content marketing and communications roles. She holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in economics from UCLA and a master鈥檚 degree in journalism from USC. She joined 老九品茶 in 2025.
